How long does it take to receive my order?

Aeris ships to all countries within the European Union.

Standard Delivery: FREE (3-5 Business Days)

Express Delivery: please contact us at hello@aerismilano.com for rates (1-3 Business Days depending on destination).

Please note that during holiday and sale periods your order may take an additional 5 days to arrive.

If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (e.g. gifts) then you accept their signature as evidence of delivery and transfer all liability over to them.

Which countries does Aeris ship to?

Aeris ships to all countries within the European Union (see the full list here).

Is my package insured?

Aeris insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until delivery.

Am I able to track my order?

Yes, your confirmation email will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order via the relevant courier company.

Orders & Payments

Is VAT included?

Yes, EU orders are inclusive of VAT which will be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. There are no import duties or taxes applicable on EU orders.

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or request a different colour for an item you have already purchased. Please note, we’re unable to add an item to an existing order.

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

International Pricing

International pricing is calculated according to the current rate of exchange between the EU currency on our website and the local currency of the specified shipping destination.

We reserve the right to update such exchange rates regularly at our sole discretion, and you acknowledge that such updates may affect product pricing on the website.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges. If you would like to change the item you have ordered, please return it and we will issue a refund on the original order and a new order needs to be placed.

Returns

You can return any purchase within 14 days without justification, by exercising your right of withdrawal. We accept returns on items that are unused and in the original packaging. 

If you wish to return an item, please let us know by email at hello@aerismilano.com, including in the email your order number and the email address linked to your Aeris order. Once verified, our team will send you instructions on how to proceed, including the return address.

Unless there is a manufacturing defect, the cost of sending the items back is covered by the customer.

You commit to returning the product within 14 days after notifying us. All items must be returned in perfect new-like resalable condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes, authenticity certificates and dust bags). We are unable to offer a refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn, not in their original packaging or missing any packaging.

We will process your refund in 3 - 5 working after receiving the items back. An email will be sent to confirm your return has been processed.
 

Guarantee & Product Care

How long is the guarantee? What does it cover?

All items benefit from a 2-year guarantee against faulty goods from the moment you receive your order.

During this period, we will offer to repair, replace or refund your item if it is found to be faulty.

Due to inventory limitations, we may not be able to replace your item with the same model and color. In that case, we may offer to replace it with a comparable item of equal or higher value to the one originally purchased.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover accidents or damages due to an abnormal use. This also excludes the softening of the bag's shape with use that often occurs with leather goods, as these are not quality faults. 

Also, normal wear and tear of the leather is excluded from the guarantee and we are unable to repair leather marks or stains.

Please avoid contact with clothing with strong dyes such as dark jeans as they may stain the leather.

How to take care of the leather?

Although all of our calf leathers have been treated with water protection products, they have a natural finish so over exposure to water should be avoided.

Should the product get wet, please remove any residual water with a dry cloth and allow it to dry naturally. The natural finish of our leathers gives them a soft and luxurious feel.

Should the leather get scratched or worn you can apply leather cream (natural or coloured depending on the colour of your bag) to affected areas. Then polish them with a dry cloth to enhance its natural shine and remove any traces before use.

Please try first on a small surface on the base of the bag or somewhere not visible to make sure the leather cream you use is the right color and has the right finish. It's not advisable to use leather creams on matte leathers as leather creams often create a slightly shiny effect.

For light colors please avoid contact with clothing with strong dyes such as dark jeans as they may stain the leather when rubbed against the fabric. Use a soft dry cloth to remove any loose dirt.

Please keep away from heat and damp and store in the Aeris dust bag in an upright position, ensuring all straps and chains are placed inside the bag to avoid marking the leather.

How to take care of the hardware components?

Exposure to chemical substances like alcohol, hand sanitizer, acetone, hand lotions or sunscreen may compromise the original finish - resulting in discolouration and lacquer removal. If this occurs, promptly and gently clean the surface with a damp microfiber cloth and allow it to air dry.

Furthermore, it is essential to avoid contact with rough or abrasive surfaces, as this may lead to scratches and irreversible damage to the hardware.
